Ethnographic research is the core of what we do. As a qualitative method at the heart of Anthropology, our UX Researches have spent years doing long-term library and field research, peer-reviewed for theoretical and methodological rigour. We work with quantitative analysts to dashboard the big picture while understanding social texture qualitatively- one informs the other.
Journey mapping, personas, focus groups and contextual inquiries are some of the qualitative tools we use. Tableau, Power BI, Adobe and Google Analytics are some of the quantitative tools.
